Shipping policy

  • Free Delivery on orders over R700.
  • A flat rate of R110 applies to orders under R700.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days, and delivery may take 5–10 working days depending on location.
  • Remote areas (including farms, game reserves, and mines) may experience additional delivery time and/or surcharges.
  • During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, December holidays), please allow for possible delays.
  • We are closed over Christmas and New Year's, order will be delayed.

All shipments require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier may attempt redelivery or request collection from a depot.
