Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of our small-batch spirits. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Please contact us at order@triplethree.co.za within 7 days of delivery to report any issues (damaged goods, incorrect items, or dissatisfaction).
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be either unopened or at least 90% full.
  • Return shipping costs may vary and are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • If your order included a promotional free gift, both the gift and the purchased item must be returned for a full refund.
