Limoncello Spritz

Light, refreshing, and sessionable. Designed to showcase the pure lemon character of Triple Three Limoncello.
GLASSWARE:
Large wine glass / Spritz glass
ICE: Cubed
INGREDIENTS:
100 ml Triple Three Limoncello
100 ml Dry Sparkling Wine
100 ml Tonic or Soda Water
METHOD:
Fill a large wine glass generously with cubed ice. Add Triple Three Limoncello, followed by dry sparkling wine and tonic or soda water. Gently stir once or twice to integrate without losing carbonation.
GARNISH:
Fresh lemon wheel or lemon zest twist.
